If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not engage our services.
Services Described

- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimizing content and brand signals so AI systems surface your brand in generated responses.
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Positioning your brand as an authoritative answer across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Claude, and others.
- AI Overview Optimization: Structuring content for eligibility in Google's AI Overview and featured snippet results.
- Internet Business Profile (IBP) Consulting and Management: Advisory and management of online business profiles, including Google Business Profiles, as AI visibility signals.
- Knowledge & Entity Building: Establishing authoritative brand signals including structured data, knowledge panels, and third-party citations.
- Everywhere Visibility Audit (The Ember™): Proprietary assessment of your brand's current position across AI search platforms.
- Voice Search Engine Optimization (VSEO): Optimizing brand presence for voice-activated AI search platforms.
All services are delivered under the AscendSEO™ methodology. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scopes are confirmed in writing prior to engagement or as part of a Hyper-Visibility Partnership™.
The Ember™
The Ember™ is a proprietary discovery and visibility audit service priced at $249. It is conducted by the Map Authority Consultants team and includes a professional synopsis of your brand's current popular AI and Google search visibility position, discussed in a private executive strategy session.
The Ember™ is a standalone engagement. Completion of The Ember™ does not obligate you to enter into any Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ or additional service agreement with Map Authority Consultants of Phoenix, Arizona.
The Ember™ fee of $249 is earned in full and non-refundable once received. In the event you enter into a Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ within 7 days of receiving your Ember™, $249 may be credited toward the first month installment of any agreed upon (incremental) investment toward your services under the Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ tier selected and when purchased separately.
The Foundation
The Foundation is a one-time engagement priced at $849, designed to establish the essential digital infrastructure upon which all Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ tiers build. It includes review and initial configuration of your Google Business Profile and some baseline entity signals, as specifically determined and under the sole discretion of Map Authority Consultants.
The Foundation is a prerequisite for all ongoing Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ engagements. When The Foundation is paired with a Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ initiated within 7 days, a credit of $249 may be applied and credited toward the first month installment of any agreed upon (incremental) investment toward your services under the Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ tier selected and when purchased separately — reducing the net Foundation investment to $600.
The Foundation investment is non-refundable and earned in full upon receipt — as it signals that onboarding has commenced and services on your behalf have begun.
Hyper-Visibility Partnership™
Hyper-Visibility Partnership™ (HVP) is an ongoing consulting and optimization engagement delivered under the AscendSEO™ methodology. Three partnership tiers are available:
- Rising: Entry-level visibility and local presence management, focused on foundational AI recognition and monthly authority building. This is an introductory service tier only, capped at 90 days, and requires 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- Emergent: Growth-tier engagement with active content optimization, citation building, and steady cadence entity authority development.
- Ascendant: Full-scale AscendSEO™ methodology deployment for aggressive multi-platform authority building — building your trust profile aimed towards achieving dominance in popular AI and Google recommendations.
All HVP tiers are custom-scoped to your individual business. Investment amounts are discussed and confirmed at your Ember™ strategy session. Scope, deliverables, and billing cadence are documented in a separate written agreement executed prior to the commencement of HVP services. All amounts and credits toward HVP tiers are deemed earned in full and non-refundable upon receipt. By entering into agreement and receiving services on a month-to-month basis you agree that any chargebacks, cancelled payments, or similar actions are to be refunded to Map Authority Consultants, LLC or Phoenix Ascendant, LLC (whichever is receiving payments on your behalf) immediately upon presentation of these Terms and your mutually executed agreement (signed with or without notary, copy, digital copy, via any electronic format, etc.).
ALL AMOUNTS PAID TO MAP AUTHORITY CONSULTANTS, LLC, AND/OR PHOENIX ASCENDANT, LLC ARE EARNED IN FULL UPON RECEIPT AND NON-REFUNDABLE. DOUBLE PAYMENTS IN ANY BILLING PERIOD WILL BE CREDITED TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. IN ANY RARE INSTANCES WHERE WE MAY DECIDE TO ISSUE A REFUND, IT WOULD BE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WOULD NOT NEGATE THIS POLICY.
HVP agreements may include minimum commitment periods as specified in your individual engagement letter. Early termination provisions, if any, are defined in that agreement.
No specific ranking or placement in AI search results, Google search results, or any other platform is guaranteed. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and competitive landscape. We work diligently toward improving your brand's visibility using our customized AscendSEO™ methodology, tailored per your agreement.
Payment & Billing
All fees are stated in United States dollars. Payment terms for each engagement type are as follows:
- The Ember™ ($249): Payment due in full prior to commencement.
- The Foundation ($849): Payment due in full prior to onboarding commencement.
- Hyper-Visibility Partnership™: Billing cadence, amount, and method as specified in your individual HVP agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement. Late or failed payments will result in a suspension or pause of active services until the account is made current. Continued delinquency past 5 calendar days will result in termination of the engagement as described in Section 11.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. Map Authority Consultants of Phoenix, Arizona is not responsible for processing delays, technical errors, declined transactions, or service interruptions caused by a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with the applicable terms of service of any such processor used to complete your payment.
Map Authority Consultants of Phoenix, Arizona reserves the right to adjust investment amounts for new engagements with reasonable advance notice. Because market conditions and the costs of doing business are unstable in the modern world, active HVP agreements will be subject to price changes during their confirmed commitment period with 30 days written notice.
